Need to list all of your business locations on google? Here's how to do it.

If you need to manage multiple locations for your business, then here are the steps to do it.

Create a business group

A business group is a select group of business profiles that's collectively managed by an organization or user group. Sorting your locations into groups makes it easier to manage multiple locations and keep them organized. You can apply changes and share access to multiple profiles at once.

To create a new business group:

  1. Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
  2. At the top left, click the "Businesses" tab. (If you're part of multiple organizations, make sure to choose the right organization first.)
  3. Click Create group.
  4. Enter the name of your group.
  5. Click Create.
  6. Start adding locations.

Add a new location to a business group

To add a new location to an existing business group:

  1. Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
  2. At the top left, click the "Businesses" tab. (If you're part of multiple organizations, make sure to choose the right organization first.)
  3. Use the drop-down menu to choose a business group. (If a business group is owned by a bulk verified account, a green checkmark will show next to it.)
  4. Click Add location.
  5. Enter the business name, location, and other details.
  6. Follow the prompts to create the new profile.

Add a location to additional business groups

An existing location can be added to multiple business groups. To allow additional business groups to manage an existing location:

  4. Click the location you want to manage.
  5. Click Users from the menu.
  6. In the top right corner, click Invite new users, then choose Add one of your groups. (If you can't find the  icon, this means the location owner hasn't granted you the appropriate level of access.)
  7. Choose the business group and role, then click Add.

Transfer locations to a business group

To transfer existing locations to a business group:

  4. Check the box next to each location you want to transfer.
  5. From the Actions drop-down menu, select Transfer Location.
  6. Select a business group to transfer the location to.
  7. Click Transfer.

If you want to move a location from a personal account (not associated with an organization) to an organization account, follow these steps.

View business group ID

To view the business group ID:

  4. Click "Group settings" next to the business group name.
  5. You'll find the business group ID and other details.

Delete a business group

Before you delete a business group, you must first remove or transfer any locations within it. Deleting a business group can't be undone.

To delete a business group:

  1. Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
  2. At the top left, click the "Businesses" tab. (If you're part of multiple organizations, make sure to choose the right organization first.)
